Below, you will find the basic steps for a student to gain admission to South Charlotte Baptist Academy!
Educational Success Consultation
Your first step is to fill out the inquiry form (at the bottom of this page) to schedule an Educational Success Consultation with one of our administrators to discuss how we might best serve your family in the education of your children.
Application & Evaluation
After the ESC, you will be sent an application at which time we will also schedule an opportunity for your child to join us for a couple of hours to meet with one of our teachers for an evaluation and the opportunity to meet other students.
Enrollment & Finances
Once your application has been submitted and your student's evaluation completed, you will begin the enrollment process. During this process, you will complete the needed paperwork for your child to become a student at South Charlotte Baptist Academy.
Upon submission of your Enrollment packet and payment of the necessary enrollment fees, our business office will work with you to set up your tuition payments.
Once your financial contract has been signed, your child's seat will be held for the next academic school year.
