SCBA students score above grade level in national testing!

Each year our students (kindergarten through high school) participate in nationally administered standardized testing. This testing allows us the opportunity to compare our student’s progress against thousands of other students across the country in both private and public schools.

Our students participated in this testing just a couple of months ago and we have received the results from those tests. (Each family should have already received the results from their child’s tests. If you have not received those results yet, please contact the Academy office at 704-544-7323.)

We are pleased to report that our students did an outstanding job this year in taking the Iowa Assessment tests! On average, our students scored, on the tests, a full grade level above their current grade!

  • Our Kindergarten (K5) students scored, on average, a full grade level above their current grade!
  • Our Elementary students scored, on average, a full grade level above their current grade!
  • Our Junior High students scored, on average, a full grade level above their current grade!
  • Our Senior High students scored, on average, two full grade levels above their current grade!

While there are always areas where improvement can be made, you can be assured that your students are receiving a solid academic education built upon a solid Biblical foundation while they are students at South Charlotte Baptist Academy!
